Ingredients
- Valcom Tom Yum soup base
- Stock
- Prawns
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Coconut Cream
- Coriander
- Chilli

- VALCOM - TOM YUM PASTE
Method
- Bring water & stock to the boil
- Add Valcom Tom Yum Paste and mushrooms, cook on high.
- Add Prawns, Kaffir lime leaves, coriander and chilli
- Remove from heat and top with Coriander leaves
- Serve.
