Too Easy Teriyaki Chicken Sushi Handrolls

Method

1. Cook Sushi Rice as per instructions.
2. Layout Yaki Nori on a bamboo sushi roll mat.
3. Spread rice evenly over half the seaweed
4. In a bowl, combine shredded chicken with teriyaki sauce until desired concentration.
5. Slice the avocado and cucumber
6. Place teriyaki chicken, avocado and cucumber on the rice in a straight line
7. Roll up the sushi using the sushi mat
8. Use a little bit of water to secure the end of the seaweed. Slice and enjoy!
