Tradie friendly salmon bowls

Ingredients
- Salmon 500gm
- 1/4 red capsicum
- Half broccoli head chopped into florets
- 200gm udon noodles
- Half brown onion sliced
- Fried crispy shallots
- Lee Kim Kee Teriyaki beef sauce 100gm
- Splash of EVOO

Method
- Fry your onion, capsicum and broccoli in olive oil then set aside.
- Add your diced salmon to the pan, cook til seared then add the sauce to coat.
- Prepare your udon noodles by soaking in hot water.
- Combine all ingredients to the bowl and stir through the sauce.
- Serve and sprinkle with fried shallots. Your hungry tradie will have food on the table in 15 mins. Easy protein that doesn’t taste too fishy.
