Tuna and Mayo Sushi

Ingredients
- 1 cup Sushi Rice
- 1.5 cups water
- 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tin Tuna chunks
- 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- .5 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp salt
- 5 Sushi seaweed sheets

Method
- Wash rice until water is clear
- Soak rice in 1.5 cups of water for 30 minutes
- Cook rice in microwave on high for 5 minutes
- Cook rice on 50% power for 10 minutes
- Combine vinegar, salt and sugar. Microwave for 40 seconds. Stir.
- Stir vinegar mixture into rice and allow to cool to room temperature
- Place a layer of rice onto seaweed followed by tuna. Roll
