Tuna avocado Sushi

Ingredients
- sushi seasoning vinegar (about 2 tbsp) •
- 4 sheets nori (seaweed)
- 2 cup sushi rice (cooked)
- 2 small avocado
- 2 small can tuna (drained)
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- Pinch of salt and sugar

Method
- Cook sushi rice and let it cool slightly
- Mix: • 2 tbsp sushi seasoning vinegar • 1 tsp sugar • pinch saltGently mix this into the warm rice.
- Prepare the Filling • Drain the tuna. • Mix tuna with 1–2 tbsp mayonnaise • Slice the avocado into long strips
- Roll the Sushi 1. Put a nori sheet shiny side down on a bamboo mat 2. Spread a thin layer of rice on top (leave about 2 cm at the top edge). 3. Place tuna and avocado in a line in the middle. 4. Roll tightly from the bottom. 5. Seal the edge with a little water.
- Cut • Use a sharp wet knife. • Cut into 8 pieces.
