Tuna cucumber sushi

Method

1. Make the sushi according to the packet
2. Add sushi rice seasoning once rice has cooled (1/2 cup rice wine vinegar 2tbsp of caster sugar 1/2 tsp salt) Drain Tuna and add 3-4tsp of kewpie mayo. Salt and pepper to taste
3. Slice cucumbers long ways remove seeds. Place cooled rice over seaweed sheet thinly (shiny side facing down) place fillings in the middle of the flatten rice
4. Using a bamboo mat roll into a log Cut into slices using a wet sharp knife
