Tuna & cucumber Sushi rolls

Method

1. Cook rice & cool. Drizzle Sushi seasoning over cooled rice.Spread cooled rice onto nori sheet.
2. Spread tin tuna over rice
3. Slice a cucumber lengthways and place strip's on top of tuna.
4. Squeeze Kewpie Mayo over the cucumber.
5. Roll the nori sheet over ingredients and wet end of nori sheet with water to enclose roll.Wrap in glad wrap for school lunches!
