Tuna-Kewpie Sushi

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Kewpie Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup White rice
- Splash of Sushi vinegar
- Small tin of tuna
- 1 sheet of Obento nori (seaweed)
- A few slices of avocado and cucumber

- OBENTO - YAKI NORI FOR SUSHI
Method
- Cook rice and add a splash of sushi vinegar as preferred, let cool.
- Mix tuna with Kewpie Mayonnaise.
- Place sheet of nori seaweed on a sushi rolling mat, cover with cooled rice, leaving a little space at the end to glue the roll together.
- Place tuna and mayo along the rice in a line, adding other ingredients as desired.
- Tightly roll the sushi roll up, cut and serve with soy sauce and more mayonnaise or Kewpie mixed with a little mustard to make mustard-mayo.
