Tuna onigiri

Ingredients
- Rice
- Sesame oil
- Tuna
- Kewpie mayo
- Obento yaki nori
- Soy sauce

Method
- In a bowl, Mix 2 cups of precooked rice with a tablespoon of sesame oil
- In a separate bowl, combine tuna, kewpie mayo and a dash of soy sauce
- Take a sheet of yaki nori and cut in half diagonally, before placing one half on a plate where the largest corner faces south
- Shape rice mixture into a thin triangle before applying a layer of tuna mayo to centre and adding another rice layer on top
- Place Tuna rice triangle in the centre, on top of readily prepared seaweed, one corner facing north
- Fold bottom triangle of seaweed up into rice before folding both sides inwards using water for seaweed to stick
- You may add more of your tuna mayo on top for decoration, and finished! Happy cooking!!
