Tuna Onigiri

Ingredients
- 2 cups rice
- 1 tbs rice wine vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- Pinch salt
- 185g tuna
- 3 sheets seaweed
- 1 tbs kewpie mayonnaise
- Kewpie mayonnaise for topping
- Sesame seeds for topping

Method
- Cook two cups of rice
- Add rice wine vinegar, sugar & salt to cooked rice and allow to cool in fridge for 10 minutes
- Mix tuna and kewpie mayonnaise in a bowl
- Mould rice with tuna kewpie mayonnaise mix sandwiched in the middle into onigiri shape
- Wrap rice in seaweed and top with extra kewpie mayonnaise and sesame seeds
