Tuna sushi

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups cooked Obento sushi rice
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 425g tin tuna
- Mayonnaise and chopped chives to taste
- 4 sheets Obento Yaki Nori

- OBENTO - SUSHI RICE
Method
- Add vinegar and sugar to cooled sushi riceAdd mayonnaise and chives to tuna.
- Spread 1/4 rice on bamboo sushi mat, add 1/4 tuna and roll
- Repeat step 2 for remaining ingredients
- Slice rolls if desired, enjoy.
