Ingredients
- 1 cip cooked Rice
- 4 tablespoons sushi seasoning
- 5 Nori Sheets
- Tuna
- Mayognaise
- Avocado
- Carrot
- Cucumber
- Soya sauce
Method
- Cook rice, stir through sushi seasoning.
- Drain tuna and add to bowl. Mix 3 tblsp mayonnaise through the tuna.
- Using a sushi rolling mat, place one piece of Nori paper on mat. Spread 3tblspoons cooked rice across the nori paper, except 2cm across far edge.
- Create a line of tuna, avocado, Cucumber and carrot along the bottom edge of the nori paper. Carefully roll up the sushi. Finishing with a little water brushed on edge to help stick.
- Cut the sushi into bite sized pieces and dip into soya sauce.
