Ingredients
- Soy sauce
- Yaki Nori
- Mayonnaise
- Avocado
- Canned tuna
- Sushi rice
- Sushi seasoning
Method
- Cook sushi rice according to packet instructions. Stir through sushi seasoning. Put in fridge to cool.
- Mix mayonnaise with tuna. Cut avocado into thin slices
- Spread cooled rice on nori and add tuna and avocado along one edge
- Roll up sushi from the filling edge using a sushi mat or hands. Slice into pieces. Serve with soy sauce.
