Ingredients
- Nori sheets
- Sushi rice
- Carrot
- Cucumber
- Sushi seasoning
- Tuna
- Kewpie mayo
Method
- Cool sushi rice for time specified on packet. Once cooked, stir in sushi seasoning and set aside to cool to room temperature.
- While rice is cooling, add kewpie mayo to tuna and chop cucumber and carrot into thin sticks.
- Take nori sheet and place shiny side down on a bamboo mat. Spread rice over nori sheet leaving a few centimetres free at back of nori sheet. Place a row of tuna, carrot and cucumber at the front of nori sheet and then roll tightly to form sushi roll. Continue with remaining mix. Serve with soy sauce and enjoy!
