Tuna Sushi Bites

Ingredients
- Sushi rice, 1 cup
- Sushi seasoning 3 tbsp
- Canned Tuna 200g
- 1 Avocado, thinly sliced
- Kewpie Mayo
- Red onion, thinly sliced
- Sesame Seeds
- Cucumber, sliced into rounds

Method
- Cook the sushi rice according to the packet. Once cooked and slightly cooled, season the rice with sushi rice vinegar and stir through. Set aside to cool further.
- Cut cucumber into rounds and spoon on some of the cooled rice.
- Top each round of cucumber with 1 tsp tuna, add avocado slices, red onion and kewpie mayo ontop and a sprinkle of sesame seeds. Repeat until all the ingredients are used.Makes approx 12 - 16 sushi bites
