Tuna sushi sandwich

Ingredients
- 2 Yaki Nori sheets
- 1/2 cup cooked rice
- 1 small tin of tuna in spring water
- 1 heaped tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1/4 ripe avocado
- 2 lettuce leaves

Method
- Cook rice the absorption method and cool.
- Drain tuna well and mix with mayonnaise.
- Cut Nori sheets in middle 1/2 way through
- In first 1/4 of each nori sheet squash some avocado. In second 1/4 press on some cooked rice. In third quarter spread the tuna mix and in last 1/4 place lettuce.
- Carefully flip and fold lettuce to tuna, then tuna to rice and rice to avocado. Repeat with other nori sheet.
