Udon noodle soup with panko prawns and pak choy

Ingredients
- Udon noodles x 2 packs
- Udon soup mix x 1 pack
- Air fryer panko coated prawns x 8-10
- Pak choy x 1 bunch
- Fried shallots (garnish)

Method
- Put panko coated prawns in air fryer on 180 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Add water and udon soup mix powder to a pot and boil. Once boiling, add udon noodles and cook as per packet instructions. Clean pak choy then steam for 5 minutes. Add all ingredients to bowl and top with fried shallots.
