(Unprofessional) sushi

Ingredients
- Yaki Nori for sushi
- 1 cup Sushi Rice
- Cucumber
- Avocado
- Tinned tuna
- Mayo
- Apple cider vinegar
- Salt
- Sugar

Method
- Cook the rice. Boil your water in a saucepan and add your sushi rice, stirring occasionally . Once the water is nearly absorbed by the rice add 1 tsp apple cider vinegar, a pinch of salt and 1 tsp of raw sugar. (Alternatively purchase a sushi sauce)
- On a large chopping board lay out one Yaki nori shiny side down. Take 1/4 of the sushi rice and place it between the bottom third and bottom quarter of the Taki nori. Spread it evenly lengthways. Add your “toppings”.
- Roll upwards from the bottom of the yaki nori until there is a 1-2cm strip remaining at the top. This can be done with a bamboo roller to make it easier. Wet the remaining top section to seal it and complete the roll.
- Using a sharp knife cut into bite sized pieces.Enjoy
