Veg Massaman Curry with Gyoza

Ingredients
- Frozen veg gyozas
- 2 carrots
- 1 onion
- Half jar of Valcom Massaman Curry paste
- One can organic coconut cream
- Half cup chicken stock
- 2 buk choy
- Olive oil
- Pinch of Salt
- 1 spoon rice Vinegar
- Green onions
- Crunchy chilly oil

Method
- Roast the gyozas in the oven until crispy
- Chop all the veggies julienne style
- Add olive oil in an asian wok pan, add onions and carrots, stir fry
- Add half jar of Valcom Massaman Curry paste, then add coconut cream
- Mix everything, add buk choy and chicken stock and simmer all on mid heat for 5 to 7 mins, then add vinegar
- Dish the curry on the bottom of the plate, then place gyozas on top and cover gyozas with curry sauce
- Serve it with sprinkling crunchy chilli oil on it and freshly chopped green onions
