Vegan Chick’n sushiiiii

Ingredients
- 1 packet Obento Yaki nori for sushi
- 2 cups of sushi rice
- 1 packet vegan chick’n strips
- 1 large carrot
- 1 cucumber
- Vegan mayo
- 2 tbspn Rice vinegar
- 1/2 tspn salt
- 1 tbspn sugar

- OBENTO - YAKI NORI FOR SUSHI
Method
- Cook rice as per instructions. Let cool.
- Meanwhile chop veggies and vegan chicken into thin narrow slices.
- Mix together vinegar, sugar and salt and mix into rice.
- Place yaki nori shiny side down. Spread rice thinly over the yaki nori and then add a think spread of mayonnaise.
- Then lay down each of the ingredients (carrot, cucumber and chick’n) and roll the sushi tightly
