Vegetable sushi

Ingredients
- Sushi rice (1 cup)
- Carrot x1
- Cucumber (1/2)
- Avocado x1
- Yaki nori for sushi

Method
- Add the sushi rice to 1 +1/2 cups of water. Bring water to boil and then simmer for 10mins
- Thinly cut the carrot, cucumber and avocado to add to your vegetable sushi.
- Roll the sushi using a sushi making kit to make it easier. Cut sushi up into little pieces and serve (make the sushi into the letter of your child's name for extra fun!)
