Theme: One Bowl Wonder
Veggie noodles

Ingredients
- 2 baby broccoli
- 3 garlic cloves
- 3 spring onions
- 200 g snow peas
- Char siu sauce
- 2 TBS sesame oil
- Sriracha sauce
- 330 g stirfry mix
- 300g egg noodles
- Sesame seeds
- 2 tbs soy sauce

Method
- Bring large saucepan of water to boil. Cut broccoli in thirds. Thinly slice garlic and spring onions. Trim snow peas
- Combine char siu sauce, sesame oil, sriracha sauce and soy sauce into bowl
- Heat oil in large frypan and stir fry the broccoli and garlic for 4 minutes
- Add stirfry mix, spring onions and snow peas for a further 3 minutes.
- Meanwhile cook the noodles. Drain andrince inter boiling water
- Add the sauce and noodles to the vegetables and stir and divide among bowls and scatter with sesame seeds to serve
