Vietnamese Bowl

Ingredients
- 600g chicken mince
- 1 onion
- Garlic
- Ginger
- 5 tbs Brown sugar
- 2 tbs fish sauce
- Salad toppings: Roughly chopped tomato, cucumber, capsicum and shredded carrot.
- Rice

Method
- Cook rice.
- Cook onion, garlic and ginger for 2 mins. Add mince and brown.
- Add fish sauce and brown sugar. Let caramelise, stirring occasionaly.
- Assemble. Rice, then caramelised mince, topped with salad ingredients.
