Vietnamese head cheese

Ingredients
- 2 Pig ears
- 1 pig tongue
- 2 pig cheeks, 1 pig nose
- Garlic, onion, fishsauce, whole pepper, salt, sugar, seasoning powder, msg, cooking oil
- 200g Black fungus, 100g carrot

- ABC - ORIGINAL CHILLI SAUCE
Method
- Boil ears, nose, cheeks, tongue. Cut into small strips. Stir fry them with black fungus and seasonings.
- Put into plastic wrap and tighten to a column shape. Put ham netting around to make it tight.
- Leave them in the fridge for at least 2 hours, better overnight to shape properly.
- Cut into round pieces and enjoy with chilli sauce.
