Vietnamese lemon grass pork

Ingredients
- Fish sauce
- Oyster sauce
- Lemon grass
- Soy sauce
- Dark soy sauce
- Chicken or pork
- Sesame oil
- Mirin sauce

- LEE KUM KEE - PREMIUM SOY SAUCE
- SQUID BRAND - FISH SAUCE
Method
- Add all sauces and lemon grass into a marinade
- Marinade chicken and or pork for at least 20 mins before cooking
- Place marinaded meat into air fryer, pan or oven until cooked.
- Serve with jasmine white rice
