Wasabi Mayo Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 Chicken Breast
- 1/4 Cup of Corn Flour
- 2 tbsp Kewpie Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp premium Dark Soy Sauce
- ½ tbsp Wasabi Paste
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- Rice
- Vegetables

- LEE KUM KEE - PREMIUM DARK SOY SAUCE
Method
- Cut chicken breast into 2 cm cubes
- Lightly coat chicken in corn flour
- Heat a frying pan, medium heat, and add oil
- Add chicken and cook until brown
- While cooking the chicken make a sauce with the mayonnaise, soy sauce and wasabi and set aside.
- Once the chicken is cooked, set the pan to low heat and add the set aside sauce and stir coating the chicken for 1 minute
- Serve with rice and favourite vegetables and/or salad
