Wasabi Mushroom Bites

Ingredients
- 500 g Button Mushrooms
- Approximately 4 tbsp Kewpie Mayonnaise
- Approximately 2 tbsp Premium Dark Soy Sauce
- Approximately 1 tbsp Wasabi Paste
- 1 Spring Onion, Green Part, Finely Chopped
- Bonito Flakes
- 1 tsp Olive Oil

- LEE KUM KEE - PREMIUM DARK SOY SAUCE
- S&B - WASABI IN TUBE
Method
- Remove the stalk from the mushrooms
- Put mushrooms on a tray with the bottom facing upwards
- Portion the mayonnaise, soy sauce and wasabi paste into each of the mushroom cavities.
- Bake in the oven at 180C for 10 minutes
- Serve hot with a sprinkle of spring onions and bonito flakes
