Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 large broccoli head
- Snow peas
- Green beans
- Chilli to taste
- Teaspoon ground ginger
- 4 spring onions
- 1 red capsicum
- 2 tabs soy sauce
- 2 tabs oyster sauce
- 6 tabs ABC ketcap manis
- 1 teaspoon fish sauce
- Dry noodles
- Coriander

Method
- Cut chicken into bite size pieces and brown in wok .Remove from wok
- To make sauce combine fish, oyster and soy sauces
- Add capsicum , spring onion , chilli and ginger to wok and stir fry in 2 tabs of oil till soft.
- Microwave broccoli and beans for 2 mins and then add to the wok.
- Pour in sauce and add chicken back to the wok.
- Keep stirring for 3 mins then add Ketchup manis ( sweet soy)
- Pour boiling water over 4 blocks of noodles . Strain when soft.
- Add noodles to bowl and spoon on the yummy stir fry from wok.Tear Coriander and garnish .
