Wok-Tossed Green Beans with Red Capsicum

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp neutral oil
- 3 slices of ginger
- Half kg of snake beans
- 1 capsicum
- 3 tbsp LeeKumKee Panda Oyster sauce
- Half tea spoon of salt

Method
- Heat the oil in stir fry pan in high-medium heat
- Add Ginger for 1 minute
- Add beans, stir for 2 minutes,
- Add Oyster sauce , stir fry couple of times, quarter cup hot water, cook for 10 minutes
- Add sliced capsicum, cook for another 2 minutes
- Put in a plate, serve with rice
