- Yellow capiscum
- 1 tbsp Dark Soy
- 1 tbsp premium light soy
- 3 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp Salam Oelek
- 1 minced garlic
- 1 Birds Eye chilli
- 400gm Singapore Noodles
- 1 tsp Mirin

Method
- Slice chicken, capsicum.chilliDice shallot Mince garlic
- Add dark soy, premium soy, salam and garlic then stirAdd two tsp to chicken
- In large wok over high heat add shallot, chilli, garlic toss for 2 minsAdd chicken toss two minutesAdd capiscum toss 2 minutesAdd cooked noodles and sauce tioss to combineServe in bowl and sprinkle dried noodles and serve
