Wonton lasagne

Ingredients
- 500g pork mince
- Wonton wrappers
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp fresh ginger
- 3 garlic cloves
- 4 spring onions
- 2 tsp chilli crisps
- Splash of Rice wine vinegar
- White pepper
- Tsp sesame seeds

Method
- Bring steamer to boil
- Place pork mince, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, chilli crisps, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, spring onions, white pepper and 2 tbsp of water into a large bowl and mix ingredients together
- Line the bottom of steamer basket with wonton wrappers and place a thin layer of pork mince on top
- Repeat step 3 until you run out of pork mince and place another layer of wonton wrapper on top.
- Place basket onto the steamer and leave for 25 minutes.
- Once cooked, garnish with some more spring onions, chilli crisps, soy sauce and sesame seeds and serve!
