Yaki Nori Tacos

Ingredients
- 1/2 tomato
- 1 mini cucumber
- 1/2 cup shallots
- 1/2 cup wombok
- 1 avocado
- 2x Frozen crumbed fish fillets
- 1/4 cup Coriander
- 1 red chilli
- 1 lime
- 2 tbsp kewpie mayo

- OBENTO - YAKI NORI FOR SUSHI
- OBENTO - YAKITORI SAUCE
Method
- Chop all salad ingredients well add a little lime juice and mayo and combine well.
- Cook fish till ready
- Cut Yaki Nori sheets into 4 parts, giving us small tacos
- Once fish is cooked, add salad on top of Yaki Nori sheet with a bit of fish on top
- Add coriander and chilli's as desired
