Yellow Curry Dumplings with rice noodles

Ingredients
- Small red Capsicum
- 1x Onion
- 1x Garlic clove crushed
- Ginger
- 1/4 cabbage chopped
- 2 Table spoons soy sace
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tin coconut milk
- 2-3 tablespoon yellow curry paste
- Corriander to serve
- 16-22 frozen dumplings of choice

Method
- Use a large frypan, cook onion, garlic, ginger and capsicum in a little oil until starts to soften. Add cabbage cook for 2 mins.
- Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, curry paste and coconut milk. Mix and add a little extra water if prefer a curry with more broth.
- Add 16 - 22 frozen dumplings depending on size. Spoon sauce on top of dumplings then cover with lid of foil and bake in oven at 200°C for 20min. Remove lid and bake for additional 10min.
- Serve on top of prepared rice noodles and garnish with Corriander.
