Yellow Thai curry with veggies

Ingredients
- Chicken
- Olive oil
- Zucchini
- Carrots
- Yellow Thai curry sauce
- Coconut milk
- Rice

Method
- Brown chicken in fry pan
- Add yellow curry sauce and fry till fragrant.
- Add coconut creme. Add vegetables.
- Cook until veges are soft. Serve over rice.
