Zac’s Cantonese Stir Fry Chicken

Ingredients
- Chicken Breast, Bocolli, Carrot, Salted Peanuts, Pineapple, Served with cooked white rice

- Lee Kum Kee -
Method
- Cook vegetables with 4 tablespoons of water, for 2-3 mins. Then drain and put aside. Next add a bit of oil and throw in the chicken, cooking until brown. This should take about 4-5 minutes. Once brown all around, add the vegetables back in and add your Lee Kum Kee Cantonese Sauce, and add your pineapple and salted peanuts, and simmer till the sauce thickens, or roughly another 2 minutes. Serve with cooked white rice, and enjoy!
