Ingredients
- Carrot
- Canolla oill
- 500 gr chicken fillet (breast)
- 150 gr potatoes
- 100 gr carrots
- Roasted seaweed
Method
- Cut chicken into cube
- Make special sauce ( soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, umami, mushroom sauce)
- Heat oil in medium skilet
- Put chicken cube in skilet, cook until golden brown
- Put carrots and potatoes
- Add water
- Add special sauce
- Add golden curry and cook until well mix
- Serve it with hot rice and seaweed
