
Ingredients
- 1 packet murumiya curry and vegetables
- 6 chicken nuggets
- 1 potato
- 1/2 cup frozen peas carrots corn
- 125g Brown rice
- Kewpie mayonnaise
- Salt
- Pepper
Method
- Air fryer chicken nuggets. Boil vegetables, when close to cooked add curry sachets and boil for 2 mins. Microwave brown rice. Combine all ingredients and drizzle with Kewpie mayo
