- Crispy Noodles
- Cucumber
- heirloom tomatoes
- baby spinach
- red capsicum
- Kewpie Roasted Sesame Japanese Dressing
- red chilli (to garnish)
- coriander (to garnish)
- Soy and Oyster sauce
- sesame oil
- cooking sake
- palm sugar
Method
- brown mince and mix oils, soy and sauces in frying pan
- chop all vegetables
- add chopped vegetable to a shallow platter, top with chicken and sprinkle noodles and Kewpie dressing on top just before serving.
- Add chilli and coriander to taste
