Ingredients
- Small to medium cauliflower
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
- 1 tbsp ketjap manis
- 1 teaspoon crushed ginger
- 1 teaspoon Tom Yum paste
- Diced red and green capsicum to garnish
- Peanuts to garnish
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup cooked coconut rice
Method
- Cut cauliflower into florets, add oil and roast
- Mix all other wet ingredients and baste cauliflower regularly until all sauce is used
- When cauliflower is roasted to perfection serve with rice and garnish
