
Ingredients
- Ciabatta rolls
- Homemade/ Homegrown Parsley Aioli
- 750g beef, marinated in Lee Kum Lee soy sauce, white wine vinegar, garlic, ginger, sesame oil dash castor sugar and own made Chinese spice powder.
- Homemade/ Homegrown Cucumber Pickle
Method
- Marinate beef.
- Make Aioli with Kewpie Mayo with 1 smashed garlic clove and roughly chopped handful parsley. ( doesn’t matter what type)
- Cucumber pickle ensure you do with a mandolin.
- Heat bbq or grill pan. Drop marinade off steak and fry only 3 min each side. Allow meat to rest after cooking.
- Toast rolls, slather with Aioli and cucumber pickle and sliced steak. Sprinkle with pan fried peanuts , chilli if wish, and coriander.
