Ingredients
- 1 big Potato
- 2 Carrot sliced
- 1 Onions diced
- 500g of Beef sausages sliced
- 1 packet of golden curry, Japanese curry mix
- 1 teaspoon of oil
Method
- Dice the potato and onion, slice the carrot and sausages.
- Fry vegetable for 5 mins then add the sausages and fry for an extra 10min
- Add 2 cups of water to the mix and simmer for 10 minutes to help softened the potatoes and carrots.
- Add Japanese curry mix, golden curry and stir till thick
