Ingredients
- Kewpie mayonnaise
- 2 cups sushi rice
- 1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon sugar
- Nori sheets
- Furikake seasoning
- 1 Avocado
Method
- Wash 2 cups of sushi rice until water runs clear. Then cook in rice cooker on sushi setting.
- Mix rice wine vinegar and sugar in small bowl and then mix into cooked sushi rice.
- Allow sushi rice to cool.
- Spread rice 1/2cm thick over half of a nori sheet leaving space at either end of the sheet.
- Slice up avocado into 1cm wide strip's and place onto the middle of the rice.
- Squeeze a line of mayonnaise across avocado and sprinkle with furikake.
- Wet either end of nori with water and then roll up tightly.
- Slice into 2cm wide rounds and serve with soy sauce.
