Ingredients
- 270g Sushi rice 40ml rice vinegar 400ml water roasted pumpkin,fried tofu and avo seeweed and sushi mayo
Method
- Boil your rice for 15minutes. Roast 200gm of pumpkin with a bit of oil and salt. Fry marinated(teriyaki sauce) tofu sheets in fryingpan with a bit of oil. Let the rice cool for 10minuted and throw in the rice vinegar. Let it stand till alost cool and assemble with seeweed avo, roasted pumpkin and tofu and sushi mayo! Delicious!
