Ingredients
- Obento Yaki Nori for Sushi, skinless salmon fillet, ripe avocado, Obento sushi rice, Obento sushi seasoning
- 2 tablespoon of obento sushi seasoning
- 230g Salmon fillet
Method
- 1. Cook 2 cups of Sushi rice as per instructions on packet.2. Add 2 tablespoon of vinegar to cooked rice and mix rice evenly. 3. Slice raw skinless salmon fillet and avocado into thin strips 3. Cover the sheet of Nori in a thin even layer of rice, filling all the way the edges4. Turn the sheet of Nori over so the rice is face down on a bamboo rolling mat that is wrapped in cling wrap5. Arrange the fillings (sliced salmon and sliced avocados) in even lines, 1 inch from the edge along the longer side of the Nori sheet 6. Carefully and tightly roll up the roll7. Remove the cling wrap from the roll8. Use your sharpest knife, carefully cut sushi roll into bite size9. Plate sushi and enjoy
- Use Lee Kum Kee soy sauce for dipping sauce and add wasabi if preferred
- No cooking is required other than cooked rice
