Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 250 g hot smoked salmon flaked
- One half cup Kewpie mayo
- Kewpie Mayo with siracha
- Nori sheets cut into domino sized pieces
- 1 sliced Avocado
- Sushi Soy with Wasabi
- Sushi Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons sushi vinegar
Method
- Cook rice. Add 1 teaspoon sugar 2 tablespoons sushi seasoning and 2 tablespoons sushi vinegar. Mix till combined
- Flake the salmon and add Kewpie mayo
- Press cooled rice into slice tin. Top with flaked salmon
- Bake in moderate oven for 15 mins
- Top with Kewpie Siracha mayo and sprinkle with black and white sesame seeds
- Cut into domino sized pieces . Take a square of nori top with square of baked Salmon and a slice of avocado. Dip into sushi soy.
