Ingredients
- Ginger
- Garlic
- Spring onion
- Sesame oil
- Olive oil
- edamame beans
- Miso paste
- Spinach
- Avocado
- Jasmine rice
- black sesame seeds
- Salmon
- Obento Teriyaki marinate sauce
- Salt
- Pepper
- Kewpie mayo
- Sriracha
- Water
Method
- Chop garlic, ginger spring onion
- Combine chopped ingredients in a bowl with Obento teriyaki marinade sauce, sesame oil, olive oil and stir
- Place the salmon in tin foil with the sauce mixture and wrap
- Bake salmon for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees c
- Steam rice and mix in black sesame seeds when cooked
- Heat miso up in a pan with some water
- When miso is simmering add the spinach and cook until wilted
- Boil edamame beans and season with some salt
- Cut up avocado
- Place rice in the bowl
- Add all other ingredients when they are all completed
- Add kewpie mayo and sriracha and dress the salmon with the left over oils and marinate
- Garnish with spring onion
