Ingredients
- Cooked long grain rice 2 cups
- Tuna in spring water 1 can
- 3 tablespoons sushi rice seasoning
- 3 spring onions sliced
- Grated cheese 1 cup
- Sesame seeds
- Obento yaki Nori 1 pack
- Sriracha
- Kewpie mayonnaise
Method
- Cook rice per instructions and let cool slightly. Add in sushi rice seasoning and tuna, stir to make sure it's all incorporated. Place in large baking dish cover with cheese and put in the oven to melt cheese. Top with spring onions, sesame seeds, Kewpie mayo and sriracha. Cut seaweed to desired lengths, fill with rice mixture and enjoy the wonderful flavours
