Ingredients
- Seaweeds sheet
- Wasabi tube
- Prawns
- Cucumber
- Ripe Mango
- Boiled eggs
- Korean Mayonnaise
- Sushi Rice
- Soy sauce
- Vinegar
- Sugar
- Salt
- Pepper
Method
- Cook the rice. Add vinegar and sugar. Let the rice cool down before wrapping into the seaweed sheet.
- Slice cucumber, avocado and mango.
- Cooked prawns with butter, once cooled down, peeled prawns and chopped into small pieces.
- Boiled eggs, once cool down , chopped into small pieces.
- Mixed chopped prawns, chopped boiled eggs and mayonnaise, add salt and pepper..
- Lay a seaweed sheet into the sushi mat, evenly spread the rice into the seaweed sheet, add cut toppings such as cucumber, mango, mixture of prawns and boiled eggs with mayonnaise across.
- Roll the sushi mat, and cut the sushi into desired thickness.
- Dip the sushi into soy sauce and add wasabi on top of the sushi.
