Ingredients
Pork Ribs Marinated :
- 1 1/2 kg Pork Ribs
- 9 cloves garlics
- 3 Lime Leaves
- 2 lemons
- 1 brown onion
- 1/4 bunch fresh coriander
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsb hand grinding Himalayan Pink Rock Salt with Crushed Chilli
- 1 tsp ground Nutmeg
- 1 tsp Ground Cloves
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 1/2 tsp hand grinding black pepper
- 150 mL Red Wine
- 1 tsp Fish Sauce SQUID BRAND
- 1 tsp ABC Sweet Soy Sauce
- 2 tsb Pure Sesame Oil YEOS
BBQ Raspberry Sauce :
- 3 tsb Raspberry Soft Set Jam
- 1 1/2 tsp Apple Vinegar
- 1 tsb butter
- 1 tsp chilli flakes/ground
- 50 mL BBQ Sauce
Method
- Cut Ribs into portion of 3 – 4 bones each
- Rub Pork Ribs with Squished Lem0n, Ground Black Pepper, Himalayan Pink Salt&Chilli, Ground Cinnamon
- Use mini Chopper to almost finely ground :
Garlics, Lime leaves, Squished Lemon, Onion, Coriander, Ground Nutmeg, Ground Cloves, Ground Ginger, Fish Sauce, Soy Sauce, Sesame Oil - Mixed and Rubs blended ingredients (2) into Marinated Pork Ribs and put into Pan all together and cook with Low Heat
- Pour wine into the Pan and put Pan Lid and leave it for 45 minutes.
- Turn the Ribs over, and repeat with other side every 5-10 minutes so it will cook evenly
- Put the butter in Grill Pan and grill Pork Ribs until the colour change to golden brown with BBQ Raspberry Sauce each side evenly.
- Put all sauce ingredient and mixed it
