Ingredients
- Beef strips 500g
- 1 tin bamboo shoots
- 1 red capsicum
- Salt
- 1 table spoon of sake
- 1 table spoon of oyster sauce
- 1 table spoon of soy sauce
- 1 tea spoon of sugar
- 1/2 tea spoon of chicken stock
- Sesame oil
- 2 table spoons of flour
Method
- Coat beef strips in salt and sake for 5min.
- Coat beef in flour.Chop capsicum and bamboo shoots in strip shape.
- Fry beef with sesame oil in a pan and once it's done take out from heat.
- Fry capsicum and bamboo shoots.
- Add beef back into a pan.
- Add oyster sauce, chicken stock, sugar, soy sauce and simmer.
- Once heat went through, it's done!
