Ingredients
- 500g beef rump
- 1 packet of organic Udon noodles
- 1 1/2 tbs Oyster sauce
- 1 1/2 tbs honey
- 2 tbs sweet chilli sauce
- 1 medium broccoli
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon of Sesame seeds
Method
- Cut meat into stir-fry sized strips, add salt and pepper to taste and cook until brown
- To make the sauce combine oyster sauce, sweet chilli sauce and honey.
- Add broccoli and sauce to the pan with the meat and put on low heat to simmer for 5-10 minutes
- Place all udon noodles into boiling water and cook for 10 minutes
- Drain and rinse udon noodles prior to serving into bowls
- Add beef and broccoli on top of the noodles and garnish with sesame seeds
